The Four Seasons

There are but four seasons
and four seasons shall there be,
all to remind us that life
will be what life shall be.

Be it the bright sunny days of summer
or the gloomy ones of rains,
the hope of spring be it
or winter's cold disdain.

The scent of autumn is in the air
when the leaves they turn to gold
and you walk on them as they lie on the road
they crackle , they are old.

Snowy peaks and clear blue streams
frozen lakes and hands
water everywhere sometimes
and sometimes in few strands.

They begin they end with precision methinks
but then so does life,
it's just that we can't see this all
in this age of struggle and strife.
